Established in 2002, Cortex is the non-profit 353 master developer behind the transformation of an underdeveloped area along St. Louis’ central corridor into a vibrant and diverse community of people and personalities, who fearlessly bolster creativity innovation, growth, and collaboration.
Cortex Innovation District is located in Midtown St. Louis and is a 200-acre hub for technology and biological science research, development, and commercialization. Cortex is a main location for the City’s technology startup companies.
CONTRIBUTIONS TO THIS PROJECT BY OUR TEAM INCLUDE:
- INVOLVED IN THE LEASING AND MANAGEMENT OF THE PROJECT SINCE 2008
- LED THE LEASING OF THE MAIN BUILDING OWNED BY CORTEX, ALONG WITH DRIVING TENANTS TO THE DISTRICT
- TENANTS OUR TEAM HAS BROUGHT TO THE DISTRICT INCLUDE: VICIA, ALCAMI, WUGEN, ASCENSION IT, BRUKER, MANIFEST DIGITAL, TIM HORTON’S, COFACTOR GENOMICS, CHOCOLATE PIG, METAPHASE, AND SQUARE/BLOCK
