- PARTICIPATED IN THE REDEVELOPMENT, LEASE-UP AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OF THE PARK
- IN 2017, THE 84,000 SF PARK SAT AT 35% LEASED. IN 18 MONTHS, IT WAS BROUGHT TO 100% STABILIZED AND DELIVERED AN 11X RETURN TO THEIR INVESTORS.
